雙室式燜燒爐

燜燒爐是經(jīng)過預脫漿處理后的玻璃纖維布或石蠟型玻璃纖維布上的浸潤劑殘留量0.2-0.4%降至到0.04%，使其玻璃纖維布具有足夠的強度，又使其作為絕緣材料可以完全滿足高溫性能的要求。
Double rooms burning furnace
Burning furnace is used to reduce the remaining infiltration agent of glass fiber cloth and paraffin type glass fiber cloth which had been pre desized from 0.2-0.4% to 0.04% to make it the enough strength and fully meet the requirements of high temperature performance as insulating materials.

外置獨立加熱室，空空換熱，保證燜燒爐使用潔凈熱空氣；
熱風強制對流、噴射換熱，提高熱交換效率；
高可靠性熱循環(huán)風機，風機冷卻采用風冷和水冷，提高風機使用壽命；
采用高溫離心風機強制排廢；
獨特機械爐門防墜裝置；
爐門自動提升裝置；
燜燒實現(xiàn)自動控溫；
可選擇配置燜燒爐內工裝（燜燒輥、燜燒架）；
爐體內壁、加熱室內壁、風管全部采用不銹鋼板。

The inner wall of the furnace body, heating indoor wall and duct are all made of stainless steel plate.
