傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過燜燒爐處理過的玻璃纖維布耐磨性差，其表面有很強(qiáng)的親水性，易于吸附水分，此時(shí)經(jīng)過偶聯(lián)劑浸漬后，進(jìn)入固化烘干爐經(jīng)過一定的溫度，一定的時(shí)間烘干生產(chǎn)出來的玻璃纖維布質(zhì)地柔軟，改善表面質(zhì)量，增加強(qiáng)度，提高使用性能，滿足了用戶的需要。
Solidification drying oven (surface treatment production line)
The abrasion resistance of the glass fiber cloth which is treated by burning furnace is poor, its surface has a strong hydrophilic and it is easy to adsorb moisture. The glass fiber cloth is soft after it has been drying at a certain temperature during a certain time in the solidification drying oven. The drying improves the surface’s quality, increases strength and improves the performance.
